On March 9, 2009, Daniel Moisan, who was 35 years old at the time, left a residence located on rue Saint Émile in Victoriaville to go meet with an acquaintance in Sainte-Séraphine. Daniel Moisan has not been seen since.
The next day, his vehicle was found burned in an isolated area of Weedon. At the time of his disappearance, Daniel Moisan was wearing a light blue sweater with an image of a chopper motorcycle, black jeans, a black Harley-Davidson jacket and Harley-Davidson boots.
