Discovery of human bones

On October 12, 1978, human bones were found by a passerby in a wooded area located near Chemin Newton in Mascouche. The expert report made it possible to determine that the skeleton was female. The victim was likely between 21 and 26 years old.

The expert report also revealed the following details: chestnut hair, approximately 5 feet tall, narrow and long face, and natural teeth with several fillings. Spring or fall clothing was also found with the bones:
- A size 9 black suit;
- 24 to 26-inch waist pants;
- A black wool sweater;
- A left QUINTO brand sandal with a very high heel and very thick sole, made of red and green plaid fabric.
