Francis Carrière

On April 19, 2000, at approximately 6:15 a.m., the lifeless body of 30-year-old Francis Carrière was discovered by a passerby near a garbage container in the Piedmont area. The day before the body was discovered, shortly before 9 p.m., gunshots were heard by a resident of the same area. The investigation revealed that Francis Carrière was the victim of a homicide.
