On the morning of October 13, 1960, Gérard Deladurantaye, aged 45, left his home to go to work. He was an employee of the Canadian National Railway Company. He returned home for dinner and then left his home in the early afternoon to go shopping in Plessisville and to the bank. The same day, his body was found in Range 4 in Plessisville. The investigation shows that it was a homicide.
