On December 28, 1978, Gilles Legris, 24 years old, was found dead at the foot of the Ste-Marguerite dam in Sept-Îles by a municipal employee. Gilles Legris had not returned to his home in Port-Cartier the night before to sleep. The investigation shows that he was the victim of a homicide.
