On July 31, 1989, at approximately 11:47 pm, Kevin Dubois left his home on LeMoyne Street in Longueuil with a neighborhood friend. They both were seated in Kevin Dubois’ vehicule. While parked on the edge of LeMoyne Street a suspicious vehicle approached and fired several shots towards the men. Kevin Dubois was mortally wounded and his friend suffered various injuries but survived.
