On the afternoon of December 4, 2008, Mario Marabella was abducted at a gas station on Highway 440 in Laval. Individuals grabbed the victim and forced him into a vehicle and then fled. The victim's vehicle was found burned in Montreal. The victim was never seen again. The investigation shows that Mario Marabella may have been the victim of a homicide.
