On May 22, 1975, around 6:00 a.m., a quintuple murder took place in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Two couples were living together in the same residence, namely, Léo Corbeil, age 25, and Mireille Perras, age 25, and Jean-Guy Laviolette, age 30, and Roselyne Therrien, age 24. François Corbeil, age 30, Léo Corbeil’s brother, was also living with them temporarily. In the evening of May 22, 1975, all five individuals were shot.
